Crowned Heads Las Calaveras Edicion 2021 Cigars Rare

a Great Cigar By, Las Calaveras 2021

Product Description:

Crowned Heads Las Calaveras Edición Limitada Robusto 2020 is a 100% Nicaraguan puro blended by Jon Huber (formerly of CAO) and rolled at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua, the home of the Garcia family’s cigar-making operation. This medium- to full-bodied blend uses a dark, Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper that surrounds a Nicaraguan binder from Estelí and long-fillers grown in both Estelí and Jalapa, with some filler tobacco coming from San Agustin. Though it has a toothy leathery look and feels, the wrapper has very little taste or impact on the overall flavor profile. This cigar burns well for some time before needing a second light later in the smoke. The burn then goes well until it reaches full temp, at which point it needs another light to finish it up. The flavor profile on this cigar is medium-bodied, with more flavors of cedar than coffee or pepper — at least initially — with a creamy mouthfeel and smooth draw.

The Las Calaveras 2021 Edición cigar features a dark, oily Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper cloaking bold Nicaraguan long-fillers. This year’s blend is the most full-bodied and robust to date. The flavors are bold and complex, with notes of black pepper, dark chocolate, earth, espresso shots, and caramel.

A limited-release cigar from Crowned Heads, Jon Huber, brings the best of My Father Cigars to the table. With a delicious Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper and Nicaraguan binder and filler, this will become a favorite!
