📦 Premium Shipping & Delivery Rules
Due to the high value of our inventory and strict federal regulations regarding tobacco transit, all shipments must adhere to the following policies:
- Adult Signature Required: All deliveries require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon arrival. The carrier will verify your ID at the door. We cannot authorize packages to be left on porches or at doorways without signature verification.
- Handling Times: Standard orders are processed within 2 business days. To maintain freshness, orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday morning, preventing your luxury product from sitting in an unconditioned carrier warehouse over the weekend.
- State Restrictions: In strict compliance with state tobacco transit regulations, we do not ship tobacco products to Utah or Hawaii. For all shipments traveling to California, our customer service team will contact the purchaser via phone or email after 5:00 PM Pacific Time to complete mandatory verification before shipping.
